Lanshi's 10,000-Ton Intelligent "God Hammer" Officially Launched

Date:2025-05-13
On May 13, the first 10,000-ton intelligent fast forging press superalloy production line in China, independently developed by Lanshi Group, was officially put into production at the group's high-end equipment industrial park.

This production line is the only project in Gansu Province selected for the pilot list of the scientific and technological achievements empowerment reform by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is also a key component of the Gansu Province state-owned capital management budget's scientific research project supporting provincial enterprises. The project centers on a national service strategy, aiming to enhance Chinese manufacturing standards, lead industry development, and fulfill state-owned enterprise responsibilities. Its goal is to establish a large-scale forging R&D and manufacturing base—domestically leading, industry-first-class, scientifically process-laid-out, efficiently produced, and intelligently equipped—focusing on high-temperature and non-ferrous alloy materials. Its core equipment, the 125MN fast forging hydraulic unit, was independently developed by Lanshi Group. It offers high production efficiency, stable product quality, energy savings, and environmental benefits, achieving full automation and intelligent process control. The line can forge superalloys, titanium alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, stainless steel, special steel, and other materials required for nuclear power, aviation, aerospace, ships, petrochemicals, power generation, and new energy sectors, with forging capabilities reaching internationally advanced levels.

In recent years, Lanshi Group has vigorously implemented the "Four Strong" action, building a modern industrial system and advancing the metal new materials industry. Previously, Lanshi Group successfully developed and mass-produced China's first domestic N08810 and N08120 cold-hydrogenated fluidized bed reactors, resolving the "bottleneck" issue of core materials for China's polycrystalline silicon equipment. The commissioning of this 10,000-ton intelligent fast forging press superalloy production line will further solidify Lanshi Group's position as a crucial new metal materials production base in the Northwest region, driving regional industrial upgrades and technological progress.
